The Problem
There are situations where members already have an account in the system and instead of signing in to the app and changing their email. They sign into the app with the new email creating a new account.
The Chalk It Pro software prevents multiple accounts from the same user by recognizing their email. If their email is already in the system, it won't let them create a new account.
Because Chalk It Pro does not recognize their new email, it asks them for a gym invite code.
The Solution
This is where members typically get held up if they don't know your gym code. They won't finish registration. They need to obtain your gym code and get into your gym. Once that's complete, email support@chalkitpro.com and we can merge the two accounts.
Please provide:
the name of the member
the email they wish to use/keep
If you are a member asking to merge, please also provide your gym's name
