Managing Disputes with Chalk It Pro Payments

You can now manage disputes in Chalk It Pro with Chalk It Pro Payments. You can get to these disputes in a few places -

  1. The Disputes menu option under Admins > Billing

  2. The Disputes tab in Reports - Billing

  3. The Disputes card in Admin Dashboard V2 > Billing

To manage the dispute, click into it and submit documentation and proof that will show that the payment is legit. No need to go into billing.chalkitpro.com, you can now do it directly in the app.

The app checks for disputes once a day and will automatically refresh, but you have the option to manually refresh as well. You already get email notifications through the billing portal but we'll double down with a notification and email on the Chalk It Pro side as well - just to make sure a dispute is NOT missed!
