When an invoice is created in Chalk It Pro - via membership or one-time invoice - a status of Scheduled will appear. This means the invoice is queued up and will be automatically charged at the top of the next hour.
Here's what you can do with that invoice:
➡️View: Click into the invoice on the Membership or under Billing > Invoices
➡️Void: If the invoice was created by mistake — wrong amount, wrong member, or anything else — you can void it directly from the invoice view. Look for the Void option and confirm. This will cancel the invoice without charging the member.
⚠️ Heads up: Voiding an invoice cannot be undone, so double-check the details before confirming.
➡️Pay Now: If you don't want to wait for the automatic charge at the top of the hour, you can push the invoice through immediately. Click Pay Now from inside the invoice, and the member's payment method on file will be charged right away.
