Charging Non-Members

There are two ways to charge someone in Billing Pro (non-Stripe) who isn't a member in your gym β€” through a one-time invoice or a store QR code/link.

Option 1: One-Time Invoices

  • In Billing Pro, create a new one-time invoice and you'll be prompted to choose between Existing Customer or New Customer.

  • Select Existing Customer to search for and charge a current member.

  • Select New Customer to manually enter billing and payment information for someone who is not in your system

  • You can find one-time invoices for non-members in:

    • Admins > Billing > Invoices

    • Store > Invoice

    • Admins > Organization > Gym Leads > *Click into gym lead* Create New Invoice

Option 2: Store QR Codes & Links

  • Each store item has a shareable QR code and link you can send or display for checkout. You can find these in Admins > Billing > Store Catalog

  • If a current member scans the QR code or clicks the link while signed into the app, they'll be taken directly to the in-app checkout.

  • If a non-member scans or clicks the link (and isn't signed in), they'll land on a public checkout screen where they can enter their billing and payment info to complete the purchase β€” no account needed.
