Chalk Talk is a messaging platform through Chalk It Pro. Here, you can message all members within a certain track, you can create your own group chat in the "Private" tab or individual clients in the same tab.

Chalk Talk is a great way to recognize birthdays, anniversaries, etc. You can send GIFs, attach pictures, and mention someone individually with the "@". You can not send videos.

If you have members that have access to different tracks and wish to communicate to your entire membership base, you can create a Track and give access to that track to all of your members/memberships. This track wouldn't have a class on the calendar, or it's own membership tied to it. It wouldn't simply serve as an attachment to all your memberships so that you can use it as the Chalk Talk communication. You can label this "Chalk Talk" so that you know it's specifically for that purpose.

Members can also create their own private group chats or send personal messages under the "Private" tab.

You can edit and delete posts as needed.
