Important Reminder

We are a social casino platform. We do not offer withdrawals. Instead, we provide redemptions of Sweep Coins (SC)for prizes.


Gold Coins vs. Sweep Coins

Gold Coins (GC):

  • Cannot be redeemed.

  • Only used to play games for entertainment.

Sweep Coins (SC):

  • Can be redeemed for real prizes.

  • Must meet specific eligibility criteria before redemption.


Where to Redeem

To start a redemption:

  1. Go to your Wallet.

  2. Tap or click Redeem.


Redemption Requirements

Before you can redeem:

  • You must be fully verified.

  • You must not have any active rollover.

  • You must have at least 100 SC in your balance.


Rollover Requirement

All SC must be played 1X before they can be redeemed.

Example: If you have 50 SC, you must playthrough a total of 150 SC in gameplay before you're eligible to redeem.


Redemption Methods

We currently offer two secure redemption options:

1. Standard ACH (Bank Transfer)

  • Takes 1–3 business days to arrive.

  • Supported by most U.S. personal checking accounts.

  • Not supported by online-only banks such as:

    • Chime

    • CashApp

    • Varo

    • Dave


2. Instant Bank Transfer (Debit Card)

Funds are redeemed directly to your linked debit card, typically within minutes.

Instant Redemption Requirements:

  • Your card must be a VISA or Mastercard debit card you’ve previously used to purchase a Gold Coin package. (Prepaid cards are not eligible.)

  • Your card must be saved on your account. If it isn’t saved, Instant Redemption will not go through, but ACH will still work.

  • If your previously saved cards were reset, you need to re-save the eligible debit card to your account.

Micro Redemption Verification Required:

To use this method, you must verify ownership of your debit card by completing a micro-redemption:

  • A small redemption amount (e.g., 0.01, 0.02 SC) is sent to your bank.

  • Enter the exact amount shown in your bank account.

  • Each visit to the micro-redemption page triggers a new amount—only the most recent is valid.

  • Allow up to 10 minutes for it to appear.

  • Do not close the page while waiting. Important Note: Keeping the page open during this process is crucial to ensure successful processing.


Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Bank Linking Problems

You may be unable to link your bank account if:

  • You're using an online pseudo-bank (e.g., Chime, Varo, CashApp, Dave).

  • You're attempting to link a business account (only personal accounts are allowed).

  • Your bank is not supported by our payment processor. Examples of unsupported banks include popular online-only options like N26 or Aspiration.

If your bank account is connected but not visible on Chanced, contact Live Support for help. If issues persist with Instant Transfers or redemption methods, consult the troubleshooting steps provided under this guide for more detailed solutions.
