If you would like to redeem your prizes, follow the step-by-step guide below:

To redeem prizes - your account must be identity verified first. To verify your identity, simply select "wallet" at the header of our platform, then select "redeem". From there, follow the straight forward instructions on your screen. This includes verifying your personal information, uploading any required identification documents, and waiting for confirmation that your account has been successfully verified.

Additionally, funds must only be redeemed to personal accounts or debit cards registered under your own name. Third-party accounts, such as those belonging to parents, spouses, or friends, are not eligible for redemption.

Once your account is identity verified, simply head over to the "wallet" section at the header of our platform. Select "redeem", and choose a redemption option. You may also review the redemption options that include Instant Redemption and Standard ACH for different payout speeds and eligibility.

You can redeem your Sweep Coins (SC) for cash prizes with two convenient options:

Funds must be redeemed to accounts or debit cards owned and registered in your name to ensure compliance and security.

  1. Instant Redemption – Your cash prize will be sent to your debit card within minutes.

  2. Standard ACH – Your cash prize will be sent via an ACH transfer to your bank account, typically within 1–3 business days. Instant Redemption may have eligibility requirements, such as saving a debit card during checkout, while ACH remains available even without an eligible card.

Instant Redemption Requirements

To redeem SC to your debit card:

  • ✅ You need at least 100 redeemable SC.

  • Playthrough requirement must be complete

  • ✅ The redemption must go to a VISA or Mastercard debit card you’ve previously used to purchase a Gold Coin package. (Prepaid cards are not eligible.)

  • ✅ For Instant Redemption, your card must be saved on your account. If it’s not saved, Instant Redemption will not go through, but ACH will still work.- ✅ Save a personal debit card during a GC bundle purchase by checking "Save this card for future use" at the checkout screen.

  • ❌ Cards issued by app-based services (e.g., CashApp, Varo, Chime, SoFi), prepaid cards, or credit cards are not eligible for Instant Redemption.

  • ❌ Third-party accounts, such as those registered under another person's name (e.g., parents, spouses, or friends), are not eligible.

Note: All previously saved cards prior to October, 2025 have been reset. Make sure to re-save your card before redeeming. To do this, make a GC bundle purchase and check the option to save your card during checkout. Ensure your card meets all eligibility requirements outlined in the Instant Redemption rules.

Troubleshooting FAQs

Why Can’t I Use My Debit Card?

Your debit card may not be eligible for Instant Redemption if:

  • You did not save the card at checkout during a GC bundle purchase.

  • The card is a prepaid card, credit card, online-only bank or issued by an unsupported app-based service.

  • All previously saved cards were reset. Follow the steps in “Saving a Card for Instant Redemption” to save it again.

  • Third-party accounts, such as those owned by someone other than you, cannot be used for redemption.

What Happens If My Redemption Is Pending or Fails?

If your redemption remains pending due to issues with the debit card or payment service, the funds will be returned to your Chanced account, allowing you to retry the transaction later. Alternatively, use ACH redemption to avoid delays. ACH is a suitable backup option for users experiencing delays with card-based redemptions.

If you are redeeming via ACH, make sure to complete the micro-redemption verification process, as mentioned in the guidelines, to avoid any delays or errors.
