This innovative addition allows seamless communication between you and your moving crews directly through our system. Developed to address coordination challenges encountered during move days, Mover Texting streamlines communication processes for enhanced efficiency.

How It Works

Upon accessing the texting feature, you'll notice a significant change – instead of numbers, there are now dots indicating new messages. Clicking into the interface will reveal both customer and mover texts. Mover texts are currently visible only to you, serving as a dedicated communication channel between you and your crews.

The interface is designed for ease of use, organizing messages based on the last interaction with each mover. This ensures that you can quickly identify and respond to messages requiring your attention. For instance, if a mover like Chris responds to a text, his message will appear in the portal, allowing you to engage in real-time communication throughout the day.
