Initially, you might consider dragging Omar directly to Crew 2 on the schedule.
However, this method can lead to incomplete representations of the day's events, as Omar will no longer be associated with the original job (e.g., Bruce Wayne job).
Job-Level Assignment:
To address this, we recommend assigning Omar to specific jobs instead of assigning Omar at the crew level.
Remove Omar from the crew level and assign him to individual jobs for accurate tracking.

Click on the job you want to assign a mover to.
A new drop-down menu labeled “Assign Movers” will appear
Click the drop-down menu to see a list of movers who are not yet assigned at the track level.
Select a mover from the list.
Once selected, the mover will be assigned to the job. Their initials will appear in a red circle, indicating they have been assigned at the job level.
