To view or modify who has access to a chat:
Open the chat or document.
Click the Share button.
The sharing dialog will show current access settings.
Add or remove team members by checking or unchecking their names.

Organization-Wide Sharing
For team plans, you can also share content with your entire organization:
Open the chat or document.
Click the Share button in the chat header.
Toggle the "Share with [Organization Name]" switch to ON.
All members of your organization will now have access to the chat and its documents.
Creating Public Snapshots
To share content with anyone via a public link:
Open the chat or document you want to share.
Click the Share button in the chat header.
In the sharing dialog, look for the "Share public link to chat" section.
Click the Create Link button (or Update Link if you've already created one).
The system will generate a public link and automatically copy it to your clipboard.
Share this link with anyone you want to give access to the chat.
About Public Snapshots
When you create a public link:
The link captures the current state of your chat and documents at that moment.
Messages sent after creating the link won't be included in the shared content.
Anyone with the link can view the shared chat and documents without needing a ChatPRD account.
The shared content is read-only for viewers.
If you make changes to your chat after sharing, you can click Update Link to refresh the shared content.
Collaboration Features of Shared Chats
When sharing with team members:
View-only chat access: Users with access can view the chat conversation but cannot participate in it.
Document editing: Shared users can edit documents collaboratively.
Comments: Users can add comments and suggestions to documents.
Version history: All users can view the document's version history.
Privacy and Security
Keep in mind these security considerations:
Public links can be accessed by anyone with the link, so be careful with sensitive information.
Snapshots preserve the content at the time of creation and won't include new messages.
Team sharing is more secure than public links as it requires authentication.
You can revoke access at any time by removing users from the sharing settings or creating a new public link.
