Scheduling appointments in your Check Cherry account

If you have enhanced scheduling enabled on your account, you can schedule appointments right in your account. Integrate your Zoom account to have a link automatically generated and included in your appointment confirmation!

Start by enabling the appointments feature

The appointments function must be enabled for each user who wishes to use it. To enable this function,

  1. Go to Manage --> Users and find the user you wish to enable the appointments feature for.

  2. Click the down arrow next to Show User and select Enable Enhanced Scheduling.

Set up your appointment availability

Select New Scheduling Calendar to create a new appointment calendar, or click Edit on an existing calendar. Configure your appointment with the necessary information

  • Title of the appointment calendar

  • Appointment length

  • Minimum time between appointments

  • Minimum notice before an appointment

  • Maximum days in the future you will allow appointments to be scheduled

  • Prevent appointments during:

    • Assigned bookings only (bookings the user is assigned to as staff)

    • All bookings

  • Where will appointments take place?

    • In person

    • Phone

    • Zoom (if integrated)

    • Other

  • Invitation message

  • Confirmation message

  • Weekly appointment availability


Once you've set up an appointment calendar, share it!

Your scheduling link will be on the right when you are editing the appointment calendar.

On the main appointment scheduling page, you can get the calendar link by clicking the down arrow next to the Edit button.
