Create a new appointment

Quickly create a new appointment and send it to the attendees

To create a new appointment, click the Create New button in the upper right corner and select Appointment.

At a minimum, a new appointment requires:

  • Name of the invitee

  • Email

  • Scheduled Date

  • Time of the appointment

  • Length of the appointment

  • Select if the meeting is in person or over the phone

Optional information:

You can also enter:

  • a phone number for the attendee

  • emails for additional guests

  • meeting location details

  • private notes
