Notify attendees of the appointment when it's scheduled
The most commonly used automated message templates are already enabled for your appointments. You can edit the message templates by clicking Manage --> Automated Messages and select the Other tab on the left.
Many more message templates are included but not enabled; to enable them from your Automated Messages, select New Message, and select the template you'd like to use, edit it if you like, and click Save. The template will now appear in your active automated message templates under Automated Messages on the Other tab.
To activate an automated message template, just open it and click Save.
