When a client requests a revision to their design/overlay template, you will be notified via email.
There is a system email template already set up in your account, and you can edit this template to include more information. No action is needed on your part - the system will automatically generate emails based on this template and send them to the email you specify as your business contact.
To edit the template, go to Manage --> Automated Messages and click on the System Templates tab. The template is called Template: Design Revision Requested.
After you edit the template, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom to save your changes.
