To enable the ACH payment option, go to Manage --> Payment Settings and click the Add a Payment button, then select the ACH Direct Deposit.
Then when you customers book, they will get the Bank Account option on the Make a Payment screen:

U.S. customers can process ACH payments through Check Cherry Payments.
