Where are the messages that I scheduled for review?

Check Cherry allows you to schedule automated messages - email and/or text - and send them to a review queue so that you can review them before sending them out, or delete them so that they don't send at all.

To find your review queue go to Sales --> Messages

The first tab is the Messages Awaiting Review queue. From here you can:

  • Send the message

  • Edit the message

    • Add an attachment

    • Change the text/images and send

  • Delete the message

  • Send all messages in the review queue

  • Delete all messages in the review queue
