How do I review emails before they are sent?

You can set an automated message to be held for review instead of having it automatically send.

To set a message to be reviewed before being sent:

  1. Click Manage --> Automated Messages and select the email you want to edit.

  2. Click Edit beside the email.

  3. Select Review Messages in the right sidebar.

  4. Click Yes under Review Messages.

  5. Click Save on the email.

Once the message is scheduled for review, you can click on Sales --> Messages --> Awaiting Review to review all of your messages before they are sent out.

You can also schedule a reply email to be sent at a later date

When replying to a message, you can schedule it to be sent later by selecting the send later box at the bottom of the reply screen.
