Add multiple packages to a booking.
When a client books an event online, they may have the option to book more than one package. You can also add multiple packages when creating a proposal.
This is how a client adds additional package when booking online.
They will see a banner at the top of the package selection screen informing them that they are adding another package to the current booking.
You can add as many packages as you like to a booking. Each package will be a separate line item on the invoice.
If the client wishes to have events at different locations, then each location must be booked as a separate booking. Each booking can only have one location/venue.
Add multiple existing packages to the booking.
Whether you have a Confirmed Booking or a Proposal, you can add more packages to it by simply clicking the Add a Package button below the package(s) in the booking:
If the event starts at different times on different days, you will want to add packages that are scheduled for a specific date and time, rather than using a Date Only package. That way, you can have each package start at a different time and date.
Why can't my client book more than one package at a time?
In order for clients to be able to book more than one package on a booking, you'll need to enable that setting.
Go to Manage --> Booking Engine
Scroll down to the Multiple Packages section and enable the setting, then Save
