I need to have a meeting with a client before their event.

If you require a meeting with a client before their event, you can easily add an appointment to their existing booking.

Already have a date and time for the appointment?

If you already know the date and time for the appointment, you can add it to the booking with one click.

  1. Go to Sales --> Bookings and select the booking to add an appointment to

  2. From the list of bookings, click the Actions button on the booking you want to add an appointment to and select Create Appointment

  3. Enter the appointment information and click Save

The appointment(s) will show up in the Upcoming Appointments section of the booking. Clicking on the date from the booking will take you to the appointment record.

When you create the appointment on the booking, by default the box is checked to send an email to the client notifying them of the details of the meeting.

You can create an appointment on a Booking, Proposal or Lead


If you need to schedule the meeting, send an appointment scheduling link

To get your appointment scheduling link, click on your name in the upper right corner of your account.

  • Select Appointment Scheduling

  • If you have multiple scheduling calendars, choose the one to schedule on

  • Click the down arrow next to the Edit button and select 'Share Link'

  • Click the button to copy either the link or the QR code for your appointment calendar and send it to the client

Once you have an appointment scheduled in Check Cherry, you can convert that appointment to a booking or a proposal that the client can sign & pay.
