Create a multi-day event package

If you want to book an event that covers multiple days, there are a couple of ways you can do this:

Date only:

One way is to create a package for a date only.

  1. Go to Manage -> Packages.

  2. Click Add a Package.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Select your new package and click the Pricing & Scheduling tab.

  5. Select Date Only and enter the number of days you want the package to include.

  6. Click Save.

When you create a proposal that includes this package, you can add as many extra days as your availability allows, or add the package more than once.


Other methods

Multiple packages:

Alternatively, you could create a package for a number of hours and add the package to the booking multiple times, changing the date each time.

Custom or One-off package:

If you are creating a proposal or entering a booking that has already been confirmed, you can create a one-off package, then add it again for the subsequent day(s).
