Go to your booking by clicking Sales --> Proposal or Sales --> Booking
There are several different statuses for bookings. Below is a description of each.
The easiest way for a customer to sign & pay - besides online booking - is to send them a proposal; this lets them sign & pay without having to log in.
Proposal Date Open - this is a proposal, not a confirmed booking, and the date is not reserved, so your availability is not blocked off for this date/time.
Proposal Date Reserved - this is a proposal, not a confirmed booking, and the date is reserved, so your availability is blocked off for this date/time.
Proposal Awaiting Review - this status is created when you have a package set to "Request for Proposal"; when someone books a package with this setting, a proposal is created for your to review and approve before sending it to the client.
Confirmed Awaiting Signature - when you've created a proposal and sent it to the client, you can choose this status to block off availability on your calendar and trigger an automated email to remind the client to sign the contract. Note: this status will require the customer to log in to sign.
Confirmed - this status is selected automatically when a client signs, completing a booking. You can also create a booking manually and it will adopt this status.
You can change the status of any booking or proposal by clicking on the status button.
