How do I create a multi-day event package?

Got an event that runs multiple days? You can create multi-day packages easily in your package manager.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you want to book an event that covers multiple days, there are a couple of ways you can do this. If you intend to use the multi-day package more than once, create a new package in the Package Manager; otherwise, create a custom/one-off package.

To create a Date Only package in your Package Manager:

Start by navigating to the package manager by clicking on Manage --> Packages. From there, decide which Service and Package Group you want the package to be in, then:

  1. Click Add a Package.

  2. Enter the title and description of the package.

  3. Click the Pricing & Scheduling tab.

  4. Select Date Only and enter the number of days you want the package to include.

  5. Click Save.

When you create a proposal that includes this package, you can add as many extra days as your availability allows, or add the package more than once.

Here's another way to create an event with a multi-day package.

Add multiple existing packages to the booking:

If the event starts at different times on different days, you will want to add packages that are scheduled for a specific date and time, rather than using a Date Only package. That way, you can have each package start at a different time on it's specific date. Simply choose the first package and set the start time, then click the Add Another Package button below the package.

Add multiple Custom or One-off packages on a Proposal:

If you are creating a proposal, you can create a custom/one-off package, then add it again for the subsequent day(s). To do this, click Create New in the upper right corner of your Check Cherry account, then select Proposal. In the Package field of the new proposal, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Custom or One-off Event.
