If you've created a user account for someone, and they need to log into their Check Cherry account, you can easily send them a link to log in. Just go to Manage - User Accounts and search for the user.
Click on the Show User button on the user's card. If the user has not logged in yet, you can click the Send Customer Login Instructions button in the blue header.
If the user has already logged in but needs their password reset, you can click on the Actions button on the user's card and select the Reset Password option.
You can also send the user a login link. The link should look like this:
https://your company.checkcherry.com/users/sign_in
So for instance if your company is ABC123.com, then your login link would be:
This will take them to the login screen where they can enter their login information, or if they don't know their password they can use the Reset Password link.
Users also have the option of having a one-time use code sent to them.
