Create Message templates to use with Bookings and Proposals

Message templates give you a manual email reply template that you can quickly select from within a booking or proposal.

You can create email templates for bookings and proposals that allow you to send quick, manual replies to the clients and contacts on the booking.

To create an email template:

  1. Click on Manage --> Automated Messages and select New Automated Message.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Message Template.

  3. Create your email template and click Save.

Packages

By default, the template will be available to use in any booking or proposal. You can select specific packages and brands by editing the Package and Brand info on the right.

Brands

By default, the template will be available to all brands in your account.

Review Messages

By default, messages will go out as scheduled; to review them before they are sent, change the radio button to Yes.

(Messages awaiting review can be found under Sales --> Review Messages)

Dynamic Values

To include dynamic values in your email that will import information specific to each booking, simply copy and paste the fields into your email template.


Using your template

To use the message templates from within a booking or proposal, click New Message --> Manual Message and select the template you want to use.
