Service Level Settings

There are many settings on the Service level that can affect how your packages are booked.

To access the settings for your Service, click the gear icon in the Service bar:

General Settings

Name - Name of the service level. Ex: Photobooth, DJ, Mobile Bartender

Do you wish to collect the location name and address during booking?

  • Yes, allow customers to provide any address

  • Yes, only from preferred locations

  • Yes, show both preferred locations and allow custom

  • No, but set it to my business address

  • No, do not add an address

What do you call locations?

  1. Venue

  2. Location

  3. Property

Allow customers to skip this step?

  • Yes

  • No


Primary Image

This is the image that clients first see when they go to your booking page. You can upload your own image or select from your Media Library.

  • Recommended image size: A tall image is recommended, 300x500

Proposal Image

This image will override the default cover photo for proposals of this Service. You can upload your own image or select from from your Media Library.

  • Recommended image size: A wide image is recommended, 1500x500


Booking Engine

Show name on booking page? (Shows the service name on the booking page)

  • Yes

  • No

Sub Header (Shows below the name on the booking page)

(Briefly provide more context during the self-service booking process)


Staff Settings

What do you call the staff of this type of event?

For example: DJ, Photobooth Attendant

How should staff be assigned to this event?

  • Allow customer to choose from available staff during booking.

  • Automatically assign a certain staff member.

  • Allow staff to request bookings.

  • Allow staff to claim bookings.

  • Do not assign staff.
