Questionnaire templates can be created, edited and assigned to various packages by going to Manage - -> Questionnaire Templates and clicking the down arrow next to Edit Questionnaire.
These settings allow you to control whether staff and/or customers can see and/or make changes to the questionnaire.
Other settings available from the down arrow beside the Edit Questionnaire button underneath each questionnaire are:
Preview - See how the questionnaire will look to the client.
Edit - Make changes to the questionnaire.
Duplicate - Make a copy of the questionnaire.
Delete - Delete the questionnaire.
When you update a questionnaire template, it will not affect the questionnaires on existing bookings - only bookings created after the template is saved.
Change the permissions on a questionnaire within a booking?
You can change the settings on a questionnaire in a specific booking by clicking on the booking, then select the Questionnaires tab. From here, you can:
Allow staff to see this form.
Allow staff to make changes to this form.
Allow customers to see this form.
Allow customers to make changes to this form until it is finalized.
Can I make changes to a questionnaire in a booking?
Yes, and the changes will only apply to that specific questionnaire on that booking - no others. To make changes to a questionnaire on an existing booking, go to the booking you want to make changes on, click the down arrow next to the Fill Out button on the questionnaire you want to change, and click Revise Questions.
