Terms used in Next Field (CHECKD)

The Next Field (CHECKD) system language is in English. Here is a list of the terminology that is used. Definitions.

  • Items - These are item pins (tasks) in CHECKD. Learn more about items in this guide.

  • Duplicate - Make a copy

  • Remove -

  • Drawing - The base for placing items/tasks (Can be drawings, blueprints, pictures and various types of sketches). This guide shows you how to upload drawings in your project.

  • Collaborator - Users you will collaborate with.

  • Tags - Keywords you can used on each item/task to categorize the work that is planned. E.g. Inspection, pipes, electrician, carpenter, to name a few. Learn more about tags in this guide.

  • Delegate - Assign an item to someone. Delegated items show as red pins until they are accepted by the receiver.

  • In progress - Meaning that someone has accepted an item that is delegated to them. This item will show as a yellow pin.

  • Fixed - An item that has been fixed. The item will show as a blue pin.

  • Closed - The item has been closed. The item will show as a green pin.

  • Forms - This is our check list module. If you don't have access to forms and wish to use this functionality, plase contact us through the chat in Next Field (CHECKD). If you are not a paying customer, you may contact us by sending an e-mail to sales@next-tech.com.

  • Assigner - The user that has delegated an item

  • Assignee - The user that has received an item for further interaction.

  • Report - Digital reports, PDF, CSV and more. Learn more about reports here.

  • Info (within a project) - This page shows you the information page for your project. Only project owners and admins can update information on the info page.

  • Guides - This is a direct link to our support center, where you can find articles about functionality in Next Field (CHECKD)

  • Help & support - Here you can chat with our Customer Success team, and you can search for relevant guides about Next Field (CHECKD). You may contact us through the chat function if you need assistance.

  • Employee - Employee that are registered in your Next Field (CHECKD) solution
