The Product Analytics dashboard shows key metrics and a breakdown of your raw materials by approval status.
Key metrics
Metric | What it shows |
Health Score | Percentage of raw materials meeting their target number of approved suppliers. Aim for 100%. |
Active Raw Materials | Total number of products you're tracking in ChemCloud |
Total Approvals | Number of approved supplier sources across all products |
Raw Materials by Approval Target
This chart shows a visual breakdown of your products:
Category | What it means |
Meets Target | Products with enough approved suppliers (e.g., target is 3, you have 3 or more) |
Near Target | Products close to their target (e.g., target is 3, you have 2) |
Below Target | Products that need more approved suppliers (e.g., target is 3, you have 0-1) |
Filters
Use filters to focus your view:
Priority Product - Show only priority products to focus on what matters most
Approval Target Status - Filter to products that meet, nearly meet, or are below target
Product Category - Filter by product grouping
Product list
Below the charts, a table shows each product with:
Product name
Target approvals (the goal you set)
Current approvals (how many you have)
Approval Target Status (Meets Target, Near Target, Below Target)
Priority flag
Click on any product to see its approval details.
Setting up for useful analytics
To get value from Product Analytics:
Set Target Approvals on each product (how many approved suppliers you want)
Mark important products as Priority Products
Keep approval statuses up to date as you progress through your qualification process
