Key metrics in Product Analytics

Health Score - Percentage of raw materials that meet their approval target. Aim for 100%.

Active Raw Materials - Total number of products you're tracking.

Raw Materials by Approval Target - Visual breakdown showing how many products meet, nearly meet, or are below their target.

Approval Target Status - For each product, see whether it "Meets Target", is "Near Target", or is "Below Target".

Priority Product filter - Focus on your most important products by filtering to priority items only.


Setting up for success

To get the most from Product Analytics:

  1. Set Target Approvals for each product (e.g., "we want 3 approved suppliers for this raw material")

  2. Mark your most important products as Priority Products

  3. Review the Analytics dashboard regularly to track progress


Get started

Head to Analytics > Products to see your Health Score and approval status across all raw materials.
