If you work in Quality or Technical, ChemCloud gives you a single place to track your approval processes before they're logged in your official records - and a way to collaborate with colleagues along the way.

Track approvals in progress

ChemCloud lets you track every supplier approval from start to finish - before it goes into your official system of record. You can see:

  • Which materials are being evaluated

  • What stage each approval is at

  • What documents have been received or are still missing

This gives you visibility across all your in-progress approvals in one place.

Collaborate with colleagues

Use @mentions to ask questions, request input, or notify colleagues about an approval. This is especially useful for working with Procurement - they can flag new materials for your review, and you can update them on progress.

All conversations are linked to the specific approval record, so nothing gets lost in email.

Full activity history

Every action on an approval is logged with timestamps:

  • Who uploaded a document and when

  • Who changed the approval status

  • Who left a comment or @mentioned a colleague

This gives you a complete audit trail of who did what and when.

Automate requests to suppliers

Request documents or samples directly from suppliers with one click. ChemCloud sends the email for you, and when documents come back, AI automatically ingests them - detecting the document type, extracting key dates, and linking them to the right approval.
