How Do I Update My Credit Card?

You can update your credit card directly from your dashboard.


To Update Your Card

  1. Log in to Chexy

  2. Click the thumbnail at the top left corder

  3. Click wallet

  4. Click the settings icon at the top right

  5. Update your card details

Your new card will be used for future charges. Please note if you only have 1 Card on file or you wont be able to delete it until you add a new card. Further, if a card it currently being charged or has a payment in progress, you will be unable to change the card until the payment concludes


Important

If a payment is currently processing or within the 4-business-day window:

  • You may not be able to update the card

  • Changes will apply to the next billing cycle

If your card is expiring soon, update it before your next charge date to avoid failed payments.

If you're unsure whether your payment is processing, contact support with your scheduled date and payee name.
