You can update your credit card — whether it's a Visa, Mastercard or Amex — directly from your Chexy dashboard in just a few steps.
To Update Your Card
Log in to Chexy
Click the thumbnail at the top left corner
Click wallet
Click the settings icon at the top right
Update your card details
Your new credit card will be used for all future charges. Please note that if you only have 1 credit card on file, you won't be able to delete it until you add a new one. Additionally, if your credit card is currently being charged or has a payment in progress, you will be unable to change the card until the payment concludes.
Important
If a payment is currently processing or falls within the 4-business-day window before your due date:
You may not be able to update your credit card during this time
Changes will apply to the next billing cycle
If your Mastercard, Amex, or other credit card is expiring soon, make sure to update it before your next charge date to avoid failed payments.
