Why can’t I make changes to my subscription? What is a blackout period?

If you're in a blackout period—the time between the charge date and the payment processing date—certain changes like payment amounts/ due date/ payment methods can’t be made. This is to prevent errors while payments are being processed. Once the payment clears, you’ll be able to make updates again.
