How to Delete Your Account
Click on Settings in the main menu.
From there, click Delete Account.
Account Deletion Requirements
You can only delete your account if you have no active payments.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to create another Chexy account using the same email address and, if you have linked your Aeroplan account, you will not be able to link this to any future accounts.
