🚫 What we don't support
While Chexy is flexible, there are a few types of payments we do not support:
Loan or Mortgage Payments
At this time, Chexy cannot be used for repaying mortgages, credit cards, personal loans, or other forms of debt.Bank Account Funding
We don’t support sending money to personal bank accounts, brokerage accounts, or savings accounts. Chexy is designed for bill payments only—not for cash advances or account top-ups.
Why these restrictions?
While we're always working to add new types of payments, these limitations are in place to protect the integrity of the payment networks we partner with.
