We know not all bills are one-size-fits-all, and some payments change month to month or don’t follow a monthly schedule at all.
Right now, Chexy only supports recurring payments on a fixed monthly schedule. That means:
We can’t currently support payments that are weekly, biweekly, or have changing amounts.
We can’t automatically send recurring payments via PAD or e-Transfer unless the amount is the same each month.
If your bill varies month to month (like utilities) or is not monthly, the best option for now is to use our one-time payment option.
This option is:
Manual: You’ll need to log in and send it yourself each time
Only available for Bill Pay payees (so it won’t work if your payee only accepts PAD or e-Transfer)
We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re actively working on new features to support variable and non-monthly payments. We really appreciate your patience while we build toward that.
