Currently, Chexy's platform is designed for monthly payment schedules, so biweekly payments aren't fully supported at this time. However, there are a few workarounds you can consider to manage biweekly payments.
➡️ Option 1: Set Up Two Separate Recurring Payments
You can create two separate PAD payments with different due dates—for example, one for the 15th and another for the 30th/31st of each month. This can help align with a biweekly schedule.
Important Considerations:
This workaround may not work perfectly every time
You might need to contact support occasionally (roughly once a month) to ensure both payments process correctly, as our system is optimized for single monthly payments
Since biweekly payments can sometimes result in more than two payments in a month (due to how biweekly schedules align with calendar months), these instances will need to be resolved by our team—please reach out when this occurs
➡️ Option 2: Use One-Time Payments
If you prefer more control, you can set up individual one-time payments for each biweekly due date. This ensures accuracy but does require manual setup each pay period.
➡️ Option 3: Manage Payments Outside of Chexy
Until we've fully developed functionality to accommodate biweekly schedules, you may find it easier to handle these payments directly with your payee or through another method.
Note:
Our platform isn't designed for biweekly payments at the moment, so these workarounds may require some extra help.
Biweekly payment support is something we're considering for future updates.
