How Can I Request a Refund on a PAD That My Payee Did Not Withdraw?

If your payee hasn't withdrawn the funds from your Chexy Wallet and you'd like to request a refund for the charge, you can do so through your Chexy dashboard as long as it's at least three business days past your due date.

Once that time has passed, you can process a refund and cancel the payment from your Chexy account by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Chexy dashboard at app.chexy.co

  2. Select the payment you'd like to request a refund for

  3. Choose the specific transaction from your transaction history

  4. Click Cancel and Refund
