If you haven’t moved in yet, set up your Chexy payment after you’ve paid your deposit (last month’s rent).
If you’re an existing Fitzrovia resident, we recommend setting up Chexy within the first three (3) weeks of the month to allow enough time for your rent payment on the 1st of the following month.
Chexy payments are processed four (4) business days before rent day.
For example, if you set up your account on the 29th, your first rent payment will not be processed until the following month.
