Deposit confirmations may be delayed by:

  • Interac network processing

  • Email provider filtering

  • Spam folder routing

What to Do

  • Confirm with the recipient directly

  • Ask if auto-deposit is enabled

  • Wait up to 24–48 hours for system updates

If still unresolved, contact support with:

  • Payment date

  • Amount

  • Recipient email
