Chexy operates on a 1 withdrawal = 1 subscription = 1 charge structure.
If a payee submits a single PAD withdrawal (e.g., $1,000), then:
It must be matched to one Chexy subscription
It must be charged to one card
It cannot be split across multiple cards
Why?
PAD matching is automated and tied to:
A single subscription
A single authorization
A single charge event
Splitting would break reconciliation and compliance tracking.
What are my options?
If you need to split the amount:
Ask the payee to submit two separate withdrawals
Or settle outside Chexy using multiple cards manually
