Your preferred payment method will be charged 4 business days prior to your scheduled Rent Day. This is required in order to allow sufficient time for the funds to settle prior to being issued to your landlord.

Payments are processed every morning at 4 am EST and Rent Payments are issued to landlords at 12 pm EST on your scheduled Rent Day.
