Note: We require a minimum of 4 business days between when you are charged and when we pay your landlord. This means that your charge date is 4 business days prior to your monthly due date.

We can only set a fixed Monthly Due Date but we are unable to set a fixed Charge Date, as it varies each month depending on the number of days in that month and varying business days.
