1) Sign in to your account at app.chexy.co and select "settings" in the left sidebar

2) Under the "Rental Terms" tab select "Rent Amount"

3) Enter your new rent amount *

*Please be aware that changes to rental amounts are only permitted only once monthly in our system and that significant changes to rent amount may require manual review by our Compliance Team

Note: If you need to make any changes in the rent amount, please kindly ensure they are made at least 5 business days before your rent due date.
