The Mobile Site vs The Admin Site
The screen above is our mobile website, which has limited functionality. We direct you to it when you're set up for only mobile access. I'm sure it's not what your admin intended, and fortunately, it's an easy fix. Just copy/paste the instructions below and send them to your admin, and they will have you going in a jiffy.
How to Create a New Admin Site User
Go to My Account, Admin Site Users
Click on your user account
To the right is Admin Access Level
Choose a level from the drop-down and save at the bottom
Done!
