When you set up a new or existing employee to use the mobile app, we require the employee's email address to send an invitation. We also use the employee's email address when they forget their password or want to reset it.
But what do you do if the employee gets a new email address or you entered it incorrectly?
How to Fix or Change an Employee's Email Address
Follow these steps to fix an employee's email address:
Go to List Maintenance, Employees
Click on the employee
To the right, go down to Mobile Access
Choose Disable and then Save
Then Enable and start over
