The Dialer App by Chronotek is a great solution if you want GPS tracks when employees clock in/out but also want to use our integrated voice messaging system and Custom Prompts.

How Does the Dialer App Work?

The Dialer app is basically a speed dial button on your employee's phone. It dials the clock-in number, and everything else on your employee's side is as it always is. Voice messaging and Custom Prompts act the same. The bonus is that the Dialer app gets a GPS track. Be sure to put in addresses for all your jobs, and we will compare the GPS track result to your mapped job location and report if your employees are located at the job or not.

So, you ask, how do I set up this Dialer app?

Employees download the free app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store; no login credentials are needed. 

Easy, so far, right. 

  • Next, they enter your 4 or 5 digit company code (this is at the top of your admin account screen next to your company name). 

  • Enter their employee access code

  • Save settings

They are ready to go! A Dialer icon will appear on their phone screen. Press Call and proceed as usual.
