Smart Reasons to Use Alarm Codes

  • Centralized Storage: Keep all entry codes in one secure place.

Adding Alarm Codes (Admin Site)

To add alarm codes for a location:

  1. Go to Customer/Jobs, then select Locations

  2. Click on the location, and select Alarm Codes

  3. Enter the code information and save

Accessing Alarm Codes (Mobile App)

For supervisors and employees to view alarm codes:

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. Go to the Jobs menu

  3. Select the job

  4. Click "Alarm Codes" (this option only appears if codes exist for that location)

Make the Most of Your Alarm Codes

  • Keep codes updated regularly.

  • Add specific entry instructions (e.g., "Wait for green light before entering code").

  • Include emergency contact details.

Keeping Alarm Codes in the Right Hands

Only employees and supervisors assigned to teams that work at a location can view its alarm codes. This helps ensure codes are only accessible to authorized personnel.

Need to update or remove alarm codes? Simply return to the location's profile in the admin site and modify the alarm code information as needed.
