How to Upload Images

Chronotek Pro now allows you to upload images and file attachments directly inside your Communication Hub. This makes it easier than ever to share photos for inspections, quality assurance, job updates, and team communication.

Uploading Images on the Admin Site

Admins can upload images and files through the Communication Hub.
You can add attachments in the following message types:

  • Company

  • Private Message

  • Team Boards

  • Job Boards

Steps to Upload an Image (Admin Site)

  1. Go to the Communication Hub.

  2. Choose the message type you want to post to:
    ​Company Announcements, Private, Job Board, or Team Boards.

  3. Click the paperclip / attachment icon.

  4. Select your image or file from your device.

  5. Add your message text (optional).

  6. Click Send.

Your image will now appear in the message thread for your employees to view.


Uploading Images on the Mobile App

Employees and supervisors can also upload images through the Chronotek Pro mobile app.

Steps to Upload an Image (Mobile App)

  1. Open the Chronotek Pro Mobile App.

  2. Navigate to Messages.

  3. Click Teams, Jobs, Private, or Company.

  4. Tap the "+" icon at the bottom right of the screen.

  5. Choose your Job/Team/Person you want to send the message to.

  6. Click the paperclip icon and choose an image from your device or take a photo.

  7. Tap the Send arrow.

Reminder: The ability to view or send images requires mobile app version 1.63 or higher.


Where Images Are Most Commonly Used

  • Jobsite inspections
    Document conditions before, during, and after work.

  • Quality control
    Quickly upload before/after photos.

  • Team communication
    Share updates, job instructions, or equipment issues.

  • Company announcements
    Upload flyers, notices, or policy updates.
