How to Add Your People in Chronotek PRO
Look for the plus β at the top of the screen.
Set up people in 4 easy steps.
Step 1:
Enter their first name, last name
Add the cell number (which is their login ID)
Enter their email address to have the system send an invitation. Send a text invitation from the mobile app, please refer to this video.
Optional...
Enter email (required only for managers).
Add the hire date
Select part-time or full-time status
Step 2:
Step 3:
Pick a Pay Profile (pick one, this can be changed later)
Enter the employee pay rate. You'll want this for job costing.
Optional...
Enter the employee's Payroll ID
Step 4:
Optional Override settings -
Disable clock in and out from this cell phone
Disable clock-in from the app
**Language for Messaging (employees can select this on the app, too)
Save - that's it.
