Test a TimeTile's status From the App

Before placing the TimeTiles, check if a TimeTile™ is activated and for which location.

You're super excited to set up your new Location TimeTiles, and your phone rings midway through the process. You get back to it but need help remembering which TimeTiles are set up and to which locations.

No worries.

Admins and Supervisors can easily test the TimeTile status with the app.

How to Test a TimeTile

Open the app on your phone. Under Me > click TimeTiles (Scan to Test TimeTiles).

Note: Androids scan from the middle back of the phone, and iPhones from the top back - so, simply put the back of any phone against the tile and swipe down.

You can see several things:

  • If the TimeTile™ is activated

  • The customer and location

  • If the 'Scan Required' option was set

  • The placement location someone wrote in the description
